Cancellation Policy

The coaching subscription is billed monthly and participation is mandatory. We appreciate your active participation and your willingness to take part in the coaching. If you are unable to attend a coaching session for any reason, please let us know in advance. Please note, however, that missed session times can neither be credited retrospectively nor added on at the end of the billing period. For rebookings, please let us know 24 hours in advance. Otherwise the lesson will be cancelled. If you need an emergency appointment, the best way to reach us is via Messenger on Facebook. When cancelling a subscription, please let us know in good time - at least 7 days before the next direct debit - by email. No refunds or cancellations are possible. By purchasing a service from us, you agree to this policy. Qualifications: We are not licensed psychologists or medical professionals. Our services are not therapy or medical care. You are fully responsible for your experience in the sessions. Spiritual Coaching: Our services focus on the spiritual growth of mind and spirit. We do not provide healing treatments in the sense of the health or alternative practitioner law.
